精细化护理对糖尿病患者口腔种植修复效果及预后的影响

摘要： 目的: 研究精细化护理对糖尿病（DM）患者口腔种植修复效果及预后的影响。方法: 纳入从2015年1月~2016年10月,于我院接受口腔种植修复的DM患者82例作为研究对象。将其以随机抽签法等分成研究组及对照组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组于对照组的基础上实施精细化护理干预。比较两组手术前后血糖水平变化情况,术后1~3年种植体存留情况,围术期不良事件发生情况,护理满意度情况。结果: 术后1年、2年、3年研究组空腹血糠(FPG)水平均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。研究组术后2年、3年种植体存留率高于对照组（均P<0.05）。研究组术中操作中断发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论: 精细化护理应用于接受口腔种植修复的DM患者中效果显著,可明显改善患者的血糖水平,提高种植体留存率,降低围术期不良事件发生风险,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To study and analyze the effect of fine nursing on dental implant repair effect and prognosis in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods: From January 2015 to October 2016, 82 cases of DM patients who received dental implant and prosthesis in our hospital were included as study objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random lottery. Control group was given routine nursing, research group on the basis of the control group was given fine nursing intervention. Changes in blood glucose level before and after surgery, implant retention at 1-3 years after surgery, occurrence of adverse events during perioperative period and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: FPG level in the study group was lower than that in the control group 1, 2 and 3 years after operation (all P<0.05). The implant survival rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group (both P<0.05). The incidence of operation interruption in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of fine nursing care in DM patients receiving dental implant repair has a significant effect, which can significantly improve patients' blood glucose level, improve implant retention rate, reduce the risk of perioperative adverse events, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
