Abstract: Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the clinical effects of two kinds of domestic systems and meth-ods for bony union implant denture. Methods: From January 2003 to March 2014, 2224 homemade bonebonded implants were implanted in our department. They were 832 HBIC implants developed by Hebei Medical University and 1392 CDIC implants developed by the China dental implantology center(West Chi-na Medical University). Repair design: 938 cases of fixed repair, 35 cases of active repair, a total of 973 patients(including jaw defect repair and reconstruction cases). The longest implantation time was 134 months, the shortest implantation time was 52 months, and the average implantation time was 93 months. The methods of observation were X-ray examination and clinical examination. Results: 29 of the implants were loosened before the upper structure was restored, 52 were loosened after the upper structure was re-stored, and 2142 were retained. Conclusion: The 134 month survival rate of domestic implant is 96.31%.
