质子泵抑制剂对口腔种植体骨结合影响的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors,PPIs）是广泛应用于临床的抑酸药物,常见于治疗胃酸分泌异常而引起的多种疾病。PPIs具有抑制骨代谢的作用,进而可以影响骨组织愈合。目前,PPIs也可能作为影响种植手术成功的危险因素被广泛研究。本文通过文献复习回顾PPIs的药理作用、对骨代谢的影响,并通过现有研究对PPIs与口腔种植体失败的关系进行探讨。目前的研究显示：质子泵抑制剂类药物对种植体骨结合存在抑制作用,但对于种植失败率的影响有限,应谨慎选择此类患者的治疗方案,而不应仅为提高种植成功率而盲目停用PPIs类药物。

Abstract: Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are commonly used drugs to treat conditions related to abnormal gastric acid secretion. They have been found to affect bone metabolism, which can impact bone healing. There is ongoing research on the potential impact of PPIs on the success of implant surgery. Current studies suggest that PPIs may have a limited effect on implant failure rates. Therefore, caution should be exercised when considering treatment plans for patients taking PPIs, and discontinuing PPIs solely to improve implant success rates is not recommended.
