摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用种植义齿修复牙列缺损从而恢复患者的美观及功能,目前被认为是修复牙列缺损的最佳方式,随着种植牙的广泛运用,种植修复后出现的并发症也应受到临床医生的重视。本文报道1例种植修复后出现种植体根尖周病变经清创处理得以恢复的病例,并结合相关文献阐述种植体根尖周病变的病因、诊断、预防以及治疗方法。

关键词: 种植体根尖周病变, 骨结合, 清创, 牙种植

Abstract: Dental implants are the best way to repair dentition defects and restore the patient's aesthetics and function. With the widespread use of dental implants, the complications after implant restoration should also be paid attention to by clinicians. This article reports a case of implant periapical diseases, and describes the etiology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment methods of implant apical lesions in combination with relevant literature.
