摘要: 上颌窦底提升是目前解决上颌后牙区种植骨量不足的主要技术,通过创造上颌窦底的成骨空间,植入或不植入骨增量材料,引导新骨长入,从而增加种植体的骨结合面积,获得种植体功能状态下的长期稳定性。因此,上颌窦底提升术后窦腔内新生骨的来源及其成骨机制的研究对于临床术式的改良,植骨材料的选择以及种植的远期成功具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Maxillary sinus floor elevation is the main technique to address the problem of bone shortage in the maxillary posterior region currently. By creating an osteogenic space in the maxillary sinus floor, bone graft materials can be implanted or not implanted to guide the growth of new bone, thereby increasing the osseointegration of the implant and achieving long-term stability of the implant. Therefore, the research on the source and osteogenic mechanism of new bone after maxillary sinus floor elevation is of great importance for the improvement of clinical surgery and the long-term success of the implant.
