Zhou Yanmin, Email: 摘要: 无牙上颌患者常因牙槽骨吸收、上颌窦气化等因素面临骨高度不足的挑战,传统种植体难以获得足够的初始稳定性。短种植体(长度通常小于8 mm)作为一种解决骨量不足的创新方案,近年来在无牙上颌种植领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本文围绕无牙上颌患者短种植体的应用情况、初始稳定性要求、影响因素及上部结构修复设计进行阐述。
