摘要: 近年来,种植体的构型设计不断优化,其在提高种植体初始稳定性和骨结合率方面发挥着关键作用,是实现种植体长期功能稳定性的关键因素。然而,目前关于种植体构型设计的研究尚未形成统一共识。本文从种植体的颈部结构、螺纹设计、整体外形、根端特征、直径及长度等方面入手,结合不同骨质条件,以及即刻种植、延期种植、前牙区与后牙区等不同种植环境进行探讨,总结目前研究中较优的种植体构型设计方案,以期为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, the design of implant configurations has been continuously optimized, playing a key role in improving initial stability and promoting osseointegration, which are key factors for achieving long-term functional stability of implants. However, there is still no unified consensus on the optimal implant configuration. This article explores various aspects of implant design, including the neck structure, thread pattern, overall shape, apex features, diameter, and length, with different bone qualities and clinical conditions, such as immediate and delayed implantation, as well as anterior and posterior implantation sites. By summarizing the most favorable implant configurations identified in current research, this review aims to provide a reference for clinical applications.
