摘要: 上颌窦底提升常用于增加上颌后牙区的垂直向骨量。成骨量不足是上颌窦底提升后的常见并发症之一,但目前关于该并发症的预防和处理尚无统一共识。本文将针对上颌窦底提升后成骨量不足的危险因素、临床表现、预防和处理措施进行阐述,以期为临床提供参考依据。

Abstract: Maxillary sinus floor elevation procedure is often used as a solution to increase the residual bone height in the maxillary posterior tooth area. There is no consensus on the prevention and management of complications after maxillary sinus elevation procedure despite numerous intra- and postoperative complications. This review mainly focuses on compromised osteogenesis after maxillary sinus floor elevation and reviews risk factors, clinical manifestations, methods for preventing and managing this complication, to provide evidence for clinical practice.
