Abstract: Objective: To probe into the influence of simultaneous implantation of Bio-oss bone powder with dental implants for neurological function in patients with alveolar bone defect. Methods: 90 cases of patients with tooth loss and alveolar bone defect and who treated from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected ad the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single implant, and the observation group was treated with simultaneous implantation of Bio-oss bone powder with dental implants. Then, the healing effect, implant effect and nerve function of two groups were compared. Results: The excellent and good healing rate in the observation group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 84.44%(P<0.05). There was significant differences in bleeding index, probing depth and attachment loss after treatment between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). The number and diameter of nerve fibers in the observation group were compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The simultaneous implantation of Bio-oss bone powder with dental implants can promote the healing of patients with tooth defect and alveolar bone defect, and can also improve the repair effect and nerve function, thus it is worth promoting.
