Xu Shulan, Email: Supported by:摘要: 种植体周炎是口腔种植治疗的常见生物学并发症,同时也是导致种植失败的重要原因之一。临床上种植体周炎的治疗决策及预后评估是种植医生面临的两大问题。基于临床证据的治疗决策和准确的预后评估可为医生提供指导,使其能够根据患者情况采取个性化的治疗方法,也可以引导患者进行口腔自我保健和全身因素控制,从而实现简化患者治疗流程和提高临床治疗效果的目标。本文将对种植体周炎的治疗决策及预后评估进行总结,探讨其研究进展,为后续研究提供参考,并提出临床建议。
