摘要/Abstract

摘要： 种植体周病是种植修复后常见的生物学并发症,上颌窦底提升是解决上颌后牙区种植手术时骨量不足的可靠方法。国内外尚缺乏针对上颌窦底提升区域种植体周病临床管理的指南与共识。本共识旨在为临床医师提供切实可行的针对种植体周病的预防和诊疗措施。

关键词: 上颌窦底提升, 种植体周病, 种植体周炎, 种植体周黏膜炎, 专家共识

Abstract: Peri-implant disease is a common biological complication after implant restoration. Sinus floor augmentation is a predictable rehabilitation method to solve the bone deficiency in the maxillary posterior area. There is still no consensus on the management of peri-implant disease in sinus floor augmentation sites worldwide. The purpose of this consensus is to provide clinicians with practical preventive and diagnostic measures for peri-implant disease.
