摘要: “以终为始”是无牙颌种植修复数字化治疗的终极目标,实现无牙颌全程数字化种植修复治疗的挑战主要在于如何通过数字化技术获取种植体的三维位置以及复制术前确定的颌位关系。本文通过一例病例报告介绍三维扫描结合CBCT配准技术在无牙颌种植即刻修复中的应用,真正实现全流程数字化,为患者提供了精准、舒适、高效的种植修复治疗,取得了良好的临床疗效。

Abstract: The ultimate goal of digital treatment in full-arch implant restoration is to "start with the end in mind". The challenge lies in utilizing full-process digital technology to acquire the three-dimensional position of dental implants and to replicate the predetermined occlusal relationship. This article presents a case report on the application of 3D scanning combined with CBCT registration technology for immediate full-arch implant restoration, achieving a truly digital workflow. It provides patients with accurate, comfortable, and efficient implant restoration treatment, leading to favorable clinical outcomes.
