摘要: 临床工作中,种植固定义齿修复被认为是牙列缺损和/或牙列缺失的可靠治疗方案。因牙周炎面临失牙的患者为消除拔牙创内感染性组织带来的不利影响,传统观念认为需要软硬组织愈合后再制定口腔种植方案。随着技术的发展,为进一步提升治疗效果、缩短治疗周期,在控制牙周感染的前提下,即刻种植也逐渐引起关注,而且已经有学者开展了相关研究。本文通过总结文献,分析目前因牙周炎面临失牙的患者牙周基础治疗后即刻种植的研究结果,总结相关经验,用以规范临床诊疗。
