摘要: 种植体周炎是种植修复失败的主要原因之一。乳酸链球菌素(nisin)是乳酸菌产生的细菌素,能够通过在细菌胞膜上形成孔道产生抑菌作用,对种植体周炎致病菌有明显抑制作用,具有治疗种植体周炎的潜力。文章就nisin的特性及在种植体周炎应用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Peri-implantitis is one of the main causes of implants failure. Nisin is a bacteriocin produced by Lactobacillus, which exerts bacteriostatic effects by forming pores in bacterial cell membranes. Nisin has been shown to effectively inhibit the pathogenic bacteria associated with peri-implantitis, demonstrating its potential for use in the treatment of this condition. This review article discusses the characteristics of nisin and the research progress on its application in peri-implantitis.
