伴上颌窦囊肿的上颌窦底外提升术11 例临床总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的： 探讨上颌窦囊肿存在时同期进行上颌窦底外提升术种植的可行性。方法： 选取11例上颌后牙区种植的病例,同时伴有上颌窦囊肿,均需要进行上颌窦外提升术,在手术同期处理囊肿并植入种植体共15枚。术后6~9个月复诊,检查植体骨结合及囊肿复发情况。结果： 11例患者均取得良好临床效果,15枚植体全部骨结合良好,无一例囊肿复发。结论： 在上颌窦囊肿存在时,同期进行上颌窦底外提升的种植手术临床效果可靠。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the feasibility of simultaneous implantation of maxillary sinus floor eleva-tion in the presence of maxillary sinus cysts. Methods: 11cases with maxillary posterior teeth implants and maxillary sinus cysts were selected. Extra-maxillary sinus elevation was needed. 15 cysts were treat-ed and implants were implanted at the same time. After 6-9 months, the bone union and cyst recurrence were examined. Result: All the 11 patients achieved good clinical results. All the 11 patients achieved good clinical results. All the 15 implants had good osseointegration and no cyst recurred. Conclusion: In the presence of maxillary sinus cyst, simultaneous implantation of maxillary sinus floor elevation is reliable.
