Abstract: Objective: To analyze the application value of minimally invasive non-flap technique in oral implantation. Methods: In this study, 100 cases of oral implantation-treated patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects, and divided into two groups by random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional valvular technique treatment, while the experimental group received minimally invasive valvular technique treatment, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results: Implantation time(0.45±0.46) h, postoperative hormone use time (29.13±8.06) h, postoperative antibiotic use time (35.05±7.25) h, postoperative swelling duration(4.10±1.3) h, and postoperative pain duration(29.48±5.82) h in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The alveolar bone absorption (0.13±0.01) mm in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, while PES score(14.32±1.19) and WES score (9.42±1.20) were higher in the experimental group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the planting success rate of 96.00% in the experimental group and 94.00% in the control group(P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group(4.00%) and the control group(8.00%)(P>0.05). Conclusion: Minimally invasive non-flap technique has a significant effect on oral implant patients, which can shorten the implantation time, improve the aesthetics, and reduce the amount of alveolar ridge bone absorption. It is worthy of popularization and application.
