种植体周微生物特点及其在疾病状态下的变化

摘要: 种植体周病是以菌斑生物膜为始动因子,发生于种植体周组织的生物学并发症,种植体周黏膜下微生物的初期定植、稳态平衡和紊乱失调与种植体周的健康和疾病状态密切相关。本文综述了种植体周微生物的特点及其在疾病状态下的变化方面的研究情况,结果可以明确种植体周健康、种植体周黏膜炎和种植体周炎状态下的微生物结构存在明显差异。发生种植体周病时,种植体周黏膜下的牙周致病菌的数量增加,微生物的复杂程度增加,并且种植体周病的临床表现与微生物的种类和数量的变化存在相关性。

Abstract: Peri-implant disease is a biological complication that occurs in the peri-implant tissue with plaque biofilm as the initiating factor. The initial colonization, homeostasis, and dysbiosis of peri-implant submucosal microbes are closely related to the healthy and diseased states of the peri-implant. This article reviews the research on the characterization of peri-implant microbes and their changes in the diseased states. The results showed that there are significant differences in the structure of submucosal microbes between states of healthy peri-implant, peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. The count of submucosal periodontal pathogens and the complexity of microbes increased when peri-implant disease occurred. The clinical manifestations of peri-implant disease were correlated with the variety in the type and quantity of microbes.
