摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本病例报告了一例根尖周感染的后牙即刻种植,应用了富血小板纤维蛋白（PRF）,术后反应轻微,骨结合和软组织恢复良好,并在术后4个月完成牙冠修复的病例。通过本病例治疗,可见对于根尖周感染的后牙进行即刻种植,用PRF控制感染,引导骨组织和软组织修复是一种可行的治疗方法,但远期疗效及多病例效果仍需要进一步观察。
