摘要: 动态导航系统在口腔种植中应用越来越普及,导航精度是衡量该系统的关键指标。本文通过回顾总结,将动态导航系统的临床应用精度与自由手、静态导板系统进行对比分析,对其误差的影响因素进行总结,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。在常规种植中,动态导航系统辅助种植能够获得比自由手更好的临床精度,达到与静态导板系统相似的临床效果,同时在颧种植等复杂术式中显示出明显的技术优势。

Abstract: Dynamic navigation system is more and more widely used in implant surgery. The accuracy is the key index to measure the system. In this study, the clinical application accuracy of the dynamic navigation system was compared with that of the free hand and static surgical guide system, and the influencing factors of error are summarized, and the future development trend is prospected. In regular implant surgery, the dynamic navigation system can achieve better clinical effect than the free hand operation, and is similar to that of the static guide system, and shows obvious technical advantages in complex operations such as zygomatic implant surgery.
