Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF) combined with guided bone regeneration(GBR) on peri-implantitis in anterior teeth. Methods: A total of 25 cases of peri-implant inflammation in anterior teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with CGF membrane combined with GBR, and the control group was treated with collagen membrane combined with GBR. To evaluate the clinical effect by observing soft tissue healing after two weeks, and surveying probing the depth(PD), bleeding on probing(BOP) and pink esthetic score(PES) after two mouths. Results: There was no statistical difference in soft tissue healing two weeks after operation, but the index of PD and BOP in the experimental group after two mouths were significantly reduced, and the difference of PES score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion: CGF combined with GBR has a good effect in the treatment of peri-implantitis in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth and better soft tissue recovery is achieved.
