摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文报道一例双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死病例的临床表现及治疗过程。患者因前列腺癌应用双膦酸盐治疗,用药期间行下颌左侧后牙区的种植体植入手术,发生术区颌骨坏死。予以手术治疗,术中辅助使用内镜。术后愈合良好。同时本文对双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死的发病机制、相关因素、治疗及预防等方面的文献进行了综述和讨论。

Abstract: This article reports a case of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw. The patient was treated with bisphosphonates due to prostate cancer. Implant placement was performed in the left posterior mandible during the intake of bisphosphonate, which resulted in osteonecrosis in the operation area. Surgical treatment was performed, and the affected area was observed by endoscope during the operation. The patient healed well after operation. Furthermore, this article reviews the literature on the pathogenesis, related factors, treatment and prevention of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw.
