口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学价值及临床效果研究分析

摘要： 目的: 分析牙列缺损实施口腔种植修复的临床效果和美学价值。方法: 收集2019年1月~12月在我院治疗的60例牙列缺损患者进行研究,按治疗方法分为两组,对照组（n=30）,实施固定桥修复,观察组（n=30）,实施口腔种植修复,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果和美学价值。结果: 经过半年随访复查,对照组在语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适程度、固位情况、美观效果等疗效评分方面均明显低于观察组,且对照组患者对牙列美观总满意度（73.33%）也明显低于观察组（96.67%）,观察组临床效果及美学价值均高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: 口腔种植修复牙列缺损,有效改善患者的牙齿功能和美观性,疗效显著,患者满意度高,具有重要的研究价值。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and aesthetic value of dental implant repair for dentition defect. Methods: 60 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were studied. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method. the control group(n=30) underwent implement routine repair, and the observation group(n=30) underwent dental implant restoration. The therapeutic effect and aesthetic value of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: After half-year follow-up review, the control group was significantly lower than the observation group in terms of language function, masticatory function, comfort, retention and aesthetic effect, and the total satisfaction of patients with dentition aesthetics in the control group(73.33%) was also significantly lower than that in the observation group(96.67%), the clinical effect and aesthetic value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant. Significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dental implantation can effectively improve the dental function and aesthetics of patients, and has significant curative effect and high patient satisfaction, which is of great research value.
